If you’re like me, you’re constantly on the go and need to prepare healthy meals well in advance or it just doesn’t happen. For most of us, meal prepping or planning is a necessity to stay on track with a healthy diet.
For those days when I cant find the time to meal plan, this nutrient rich breakfast is my go to, because it literally takes 2 minutes to prepare and is loaded with some nutrient dense foods that your body will thank you for.
Here are the super foods I used in my breakfast bowl:
1/2 cup of dairy free Greek Yogurt
1 Teaspoon Chia seeds
1 Teaspoon Ground flax seeds
1 Teaspoon Organic Cacao Nibs
1 Tablespoon Raisins
1 Teaspoon Granola
1/4 Teaspoon of Organic Cinnamon Powder
1 Handful of your favorite berries
1 Tablespoon of Almond Butter
1 Teaspoon of honey or agave (Optional)
