The last minute health and wellness Christmas gift basket
2017 has been an eventful year for me. From starting a new job, planning a wedding to getting married, buying our first home to decorating it. This year has been a blur. Now I cant believe there are only 6 days left until Christmas!
If you haven’t finished your Christmas shopping (I know I haven’t), you’d better get on that fast. There is nothing worse than waiting 1 hour for a parking spot at the mall on Christmas Eve. What I find extremely helpful is making a plan before you start shopping, unless you don’t mind wondering from store to store with the hopes of bumping into something that will do the job. We all know those gifts usually suck, I in the past have been so guilty! Try not to get too specific when planning your list, as that may prove to be a problem when things go out of stock so quickly this time of year. But do go into your Christmas shopping trips with a general idea of what you need and where you are likely to find it.
If you are completely stuck on what to get, I think gift baskets are always the way to go. I put together this awesome gift basket, so good I wish I was gifting it to myself. Its full of goodies that someone who is excited about health and wellness will enjoy. The total value of this basket was $140, but whats great about gift baskets is you can make them work with whatever price point you like.
Here is what made the cut in my super food gift basket:
- Lavender Tea
- Camu Camu Powder
- A stawberry chocolate granola bar
- Blackstrap Molasses
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Organic Almond Butter
- A matcha whisk
- A raw dark chocolate bar
- A nut milk bag
- Vega One Nutritional shake packet
